Have you ever walked into a business or organization only to find the staff possessing poor attitudes and speaking negatively about the business they’re working in?  Vomit. Vomit Vomit.

At Aviator Church, we’re ecstatic about serving Jesus and others!  There is absolutely no room for public negativity!

Below are some tips to avoid negativity:

• Remind volunteers to speak positively about all things within your organization in public and question in private.

• Do not allow gossip:  ”So if I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, gossiping maliciously about us. Not satisfied with that, he refuses to welcome the brothers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church.” 3 John 1:10

• Add fun people to the team!
